Process
Send photos of the room, wall, closet, kitchen or built-in area from the angles that show proportion, light and existing constraints.
Start with a Design Concept, request a Design + Build Package, or ask CAS AURUM to review the project for full realization.
If you have dimensions, add length, width, height and any important details. If measurements are needed, CAS AURUM can help arrange a measurement visit for qualified projects.
We review your photos, project type, location, timeline and scope. If everything is clear, we confirm the package, final starting price, timeline and next step before paid work begins.
After confirmation, CAS AURUM sends the payment link or invoice for the selected package. Once approved, we begin preparing your design direction or technical package.
Review your concept, material direction and next-step recommendations. You can continue into a technical package, planner review or selected full-service realization when appropriate.

For a Level 1 Design Concept, measurements are helpful but not required. For a Design + Technical Package, dimensions and ceiling height are required so the layout and preliminary technical notes can be useful.
Yes. The Design Concept package is built as a standalone low-risk first step before any fabrication, cabinetry or installation commitment.
For selected larger projects, CAS AURUM may review a concept credit toward a technical package or realization scope. This is confirmed in writing after project review.
This package may include layout direction, preliminary fabrication notes, material planning and cut-list direction where applicable. It is not a substitute for licensed architectural, structural or code-required engineering documents.
No. The technical package is a preliminary technical package for design and fabrication direction. It is not stamped architecture, structural engineering or code-required documentation.
Design + Realization is available for selected projects in Atlanta and by special arrangement in other locations. Each project is reviewed by location, scope, budget, schedule and availability.
Most Level 1 concepts are prepared in 3-5 business days. Room concepts, kitchens and complex built-ins can take 4-7 business days. Technical packages usually take 7-14 business days.
Yes. Designers and builders can submit photos, plans, measurements, inspiration and client goals to clarify visual direction or prepare a preliminary technical package.
